A new year

never thought I'd be doing a blog but I guess when my daughter said its like a journal, well I'll give it a shot, after all I've got running logs back to 1977, that I've used for my running and other life events.....the quote above pretty much sums up my views of my running now. Once I could run pretty good but now I just a slow old runner, but one thing that has always held true is I love to run.
