So is this 30 pounds in 60 days? If so, good goal.

ReplyDeleteSeems a tad on the aggressive side but if you keep up anywhere close to day 1, it sounds mostly healthy. Is the 3 cups milk literally 1 measuring cup, or 3 full glasses?
ReplyDeleteI’ll do my best to encourage. If you can make it through 3 weeks, I think you’ll be fine to make it through the rest. If memory serves me correctly, your hardest part will be after the 60 days. Keep it up for now though and we’ll worry about that later!
the milk is measured 3 cups...I know how much our regular glasses hold so I'm pretty accurate...yes, the first few days are the hardest...I get instant results when your as fat as I am...yes, I'll think about after 60 days at that time...this diet is same as the one I did in 2003 when you were at home...I ran a 46 min 10K that summer, if you remember. jeff
