Summary of week 3

50.8 miles run/walked

Total lbs lost in 3 weeks: 236-223 = 13 lbs, about 4lbs per week, which is good.

Observations:
this week stablized my weight.
I got some good solid high energy runs. felt faster at same pace.

Running about 15-20% faster.
foot a little more sore.
knee not as achy.
